Supported Living Services
Our Supported Living Services (SLS) are designed to empower adults with developmental disabilities to live in homes they own or lease within the community. In alignment with the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act, we ensure that individuals have the right to make decisions about where and with whom they live, fostering independence and community integration.
Bayberry Inc. provides services to over 75 individuals across Lake, Napa, Solano, and Sonoma counties. Our person-centered approach means that each individual's preferences, choices, and lifestyle guide the development of their support plan. Services may include assistance with daily living activities such as shopping, cooking, cleaning, money management, transportation, and other supports necessary for individuals to lead enriched lives.
We collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess and respond to changing needs, ensuring that individuals receive the necessary care in the least restrictive environment. Our dedicated support staff are instrumental in empowering individuals, matching them with suitable support, and creating customized plans based on their interests.

North Bay Regional Center and Redwood Coast Regional Center vendor Bayberry, Inc. to provide Supported Living Services and Residential Services in Napa, Solano, Sonoma, and Lake Counties.
